Problems fixed
* some of the concurrency tests failed on a dual core Mac DTSTTCPW stopped working on a dual core and the tests led to the problems
* Asking the Event if it isSignaled does not change the Events state
* Windows socket dll is cleaned up properly
* Friendly names works for fixture names
