We explored the challenge of advancing the Responsibility Process Model (RPM) presented in my (Christopher Avery) keynote. I sought input regarding how folks would like to see it packaged and offered as a product or service. First, I answered a number of questions about what I had experienced. Essentially, the RPM has been a problem-solving framework for discovering, documenting, and teaching team skills (called TeamWisdom?).Q: Is this a marketing issue?
A: Yes. I believe I know where it is needed. I'm interested in learning where it is wanted.
Ideas about offers
- Bookmarks
- Shrink-wrap media with awareness building content and process
- Half-day and one-day programs affordable to individuals
- Apply the RPM to a specific high-value problem, perhaps conducting Retrospectives or Reflections
I've only captured a few details not even the essence of the dialogue.
I proposed another Open Space session called Putting The Responibility Process Model to Work.
PuttingTheResponibilityProcessModelToWork? is a related session scheduled for Tuesday from 10:45 - Noon.
