This was a very useful tutorial for me. It discussed agile management techniques in a framework that would be understandable to people with existing project or product management experience in dynamic, exploratory contexts. Although I have led teams, I am also a software developer. I appreciated the discussion of the team's responsibilities in an agile team. An agile team must be an active participant and not simply wait for directions from above. And, of course, the project leader must encourage, facilitate, and nurture an environment where that participation is valued and safe.
